Some locally significant and other matters for consideration include:

Item 11.3 discusses the new Finance Advisory Committee

Item 11.4 discusses the new framework for the development of Council policies.

Item 12.4 discusses the Planning Proposal for "house keeping" changes to the LEP.

Item 14.1 relates to the new Pesticides notification plan.

Item 14.5 relates to the proposed Commemorative Garden on Gerringong Headland.

Item 17.1 The Department of Planning has approved the large South Kiama Planning proposal which will rezone the land on the west of the highway between the two overpasses. Council's report on that matter is the subject of the supplementary business paper.
